1. Informational Use Only

Fire Alarm Ai provides informational outputs based on uploaded documents and user inputs. It is not a substitute for a licensed professional, plan review, or code authority approval. You must verify all outputs against applicable codes, standards, and AHJ requirements.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for any decisions or actions taken based on outputs. You agree to use the service in compliance with all laws, regulations, and applicable codes.

3. Document Rights and License

You retain ownership of any documents, data, or content you upload to the service.

By using the service, you grant Fire Alarm Ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, analyze, and derive insights from such content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the service, including model training, analytics, and quality improvement.

Fire Alarm Ai will not sell user-uploaded documents or publicly disclose them without your consent, except as required by law. Fire Alarm Ai may aggregate or anonymize information derived from user content so that it does not reasonably identify individual users, projects, or documents.

4. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Alarm Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
